Sponsorship Opportunities
The Great Lakes Regional Firebird Gathering offers several levels of sponsorship in which to participate in our event. As a sponsor of GLRFG you may use the "official sponsor" symbol on your promotional materials and websites. Your sponsorship may also make you eligible to join the sponsor midway during weekend of the event. Regardless of the level you select your support will be acknowledged throughout the weekend, at the awards ceremony and on signage located at the GLRFG registration headquarters and show site.

Monetary Donations
The Great Lakes Regional Firebird Gathering car show relies on monetary donations to underwrite its costs and raise additional funds for charitable activities for the local community. This year the need is even more critical with regard to Michigan’s economy. If any one of the sponsorship packages does not meet your needs, then you may want to consider designating monetary donations to provide dash plaques, t-shirts, or Bird’s Nest plaques. You may even want to consider one of the special award trophies such as Best of Show, Sponsor’s Choice, or to one or more class trophies.
Sponsor Packages
Platinum Sponsor
This is the highest level of sponsorship in which to participate in our event. The platinum sponsorship package is comprehensive and offers the highest level of visibility and marketing available to GLRFG and at our venue. The platinum sponsor's logo will become part of the official logo of the event and is featured in marketing promotion, advertising, on the website, and on signage. Website link is provided to company home pages on the GLRFG web site throughout 2008. Prominent display area for your product or service on the Sponsor Midway during the weekend of the show. Opportunity to present a technical session if desired. This package is limited to 1 (one) sponsor.
Showcase Sponsor
Showcase Sponsors are distinguished as "Official Sponsors" of the GLRFG. As a Showcase Sponsor your company/organization logo will be placed on the GLRFG website and link to your home pages for the 2008 show season, your company logo appears on event apparel, show literature, and media coverage. Display area for your product or service on the Sponsor Midway during the weekend of the show. Option to present a technical session. Gold, Silver, Bronze and Friend Sponsor

Product Donations
Product donations are needed to provide prizes for participants, goody bag materials, and charity activities that take place in the community surrounding the Great Lakes Regional Firebird Gathering car show. Determination of what sponsor level a product donor organization receives will be negotiated on an individual basis. Product donations, however, are based on the cost of the raw materials rather than retail price. For more information, click here .
Promotional Distribution Items
The Great Lakes Regional Firebird Gathering car show relies on advertising throughout the community at large to draw attention and attract participants to the event. In order to facilitate this, organizations and businesses interested in gaining exposure might want to consider donating products for door prizes or silent auction, gift certificates or coupons for discounts on services and/or products offered at your place of business, or other promotional give-away items for event participants and/or target audiences (public).
