- Alcohol policy

No alcoholic beverages are allowed on Cabela's property. Sale of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited. Security will be monitoring the show grounds and any one observed consuming alcoholic beverages will be warned once. Continued infractions will be cause for expulsion from the show ground site. No refunds will be issued. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Great food can be found surrounding the Cabela's store grounds as well as in Cabela's itself. Check out the Tamarack Cache´. Enjoy a selection from their wild game menu. You'll find high quality smoked buffalo, ham, turkey, and roast beef sandwiches and a variety of other entrees and snacks. Be sure to check out the Michigan lake maps on every tabletop.

- Lost and Found

Lost and found articles should be turned in, or claimed, at the Registration Headquarters.
- Payphones

Payphones are located inside Cabela's near the restrooms.
- Pets
-
Pets are strongly discouraged for health and safety reasons. If you cannot make other arrangements for boarding, you may want to check with Cabela's to obtain information on their dog kennel facilities. Otherwise, your pet must be on a leash and policing after them is required. Your pet must be under your control at all times and you are fully responsible for its actions. Any offensive or unsafe actions by your pet may result in expulsion from the show site without refund.
- Restrooms

Porta-potties will be available throughout the show site and the organizers encourage you to use them whenever possible. Restrooms are located at the front of the Cabela's store as well.
- Security
-
Security patrols will be provided 24 hours a day during event. They will be located at the show headquarters and will be patrolling the show grounds throughout the day. Security personnel will be dressed in clearly labeled "Security" uniforms. If you need assistance from security, please flag down one of our officers or come to the show headquarters.

- Trailer Parking

Limited space is available on the show grounds. If you plan to tow your show car to the grounds, be sure to indicate a trailer plate number on your registration form. If you have any questions, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you in any way we can.
- Transportation - On Grounds

For safety reasons, the use of all personal means of transportation (bikes, scooters, golf carts, ATVs, motorcycles or minibikes, etc.) is forbidden on the show grounds from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. on all show days. No unlicensed drivers may operate these vehicles at any time. Verification of insurance is required.
The only exception will be those vehicles performing various tasks functioning for the show itself.

- Water Fountains

Water fountains may be found between the men's and women's restroom, inside the Cabela's show room.
- Warning to All Show Attendees

Dangerous conditions can exist on the show grounds. Due to exposure to the weather, areas may become slippery or soft. Due to the nature of the goods displayed, heavy and sometimes dangerous equipment and moving vehicles are frequently present. GLRFG and Cabela's cannot be responsible for the conduct of vendors and patrons entering these premises. Those who enter the show grounds do so at their own risk.
