For our participants and guests
- Do you book hotel rooms?

All hotel reservations must be made by individuals interested in participating/attending GLRFG. Click here for listing of local hotels/motels.
- How do I get to GLRFG and Cabela's?

- Is the event held in inclement weather?

Yes the event will be held rain or shine.
- Are refunds available if I'm not able to attend GLRFG?

No refunds will be issued if you're not able to attend GLRFG.
- What are the dates for the GLRFG event?

- Can I bring my car to the show without being judged against the other cars?

Yes, you're are welcome to bring your car to the show, however, you will have to pay the $50 registration fee in order to gain admittance to the show grounds. You will have to go through the tech line and request you be classed as "display only." With our registration fee, you're still eligible for the goody bag, dash plaque, and t-shirt if you're in that first 125 to register group. Click here to register.
